It has a maxi length, fitted waistline, and voluminous, elbow-length sleeves made of rouching. The dress has gathers down the front and a voluminous skirt with pretty flounce details. It has a slit in the back and can be tied in the neckline with a tie band attached. It comes with an underneath sheer slip dress.
